Long Abstract Responsive Web Design (RWD) essentially indicates that a web site is crafted to use Cascading Style Sheets 3 media queries, an extension of the @media, with fluid proportion-based grids, to adapt the layout to the viewing environment, and probably also use flexible images.

Hi, my name is Leak Soursdey Ky, I am a web designer and developer. I hold a Bachelor of IT (Networking) from Norton University in 2006 and a Diploma in Website Development from Tafe NSW Institute (Australia) in 2010.

Web design has been my passion for years and my first web design was completed in 2004. I am excellent in creation and interface design. I specialize in Website Graphic Design and Website Development. XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.Net and Database (SQL) are the primary software being used for my web design and development.

Website testing function was also completed in my Diploma course in Australia. I have extensively worked with experienced Australian instructors on developing websites with excellent design, usable and accessible.

Currently, I am working as Project Manager Design at Web Essentials and a part teacher at Norton University.
